The Blau God, or 'Blue' God, lives on a white fluffy cloud overlooking the quaint cityscapes of Munich, Germany, in the year of 1923. She and her two other comrades, also known as The Red God and The Green God, are the three pillars of strength that support the entire plot, character cast and storyline of 'The Arc'. Anyway, these heavenly muses have overlooked The Story of FullMetal Alchemist from begining to end, and beyond. They have weaved their own story from there, based almost completely on their own whims and fancies. There are no Rules or Protocols with which to follow in 'The Arc'. This makes for one Hell of an epic  Story. And that is why 'The Arc', without its Rules and Regulations, is The one Fullmetal Alchemist RolePlay to end all FullMetal Alchemist RolePlay's. Fin.
